Research Opportunities
As of September 23, 2007, the following research opportunities are available:
Ozonesonde research AT vu AND IN HOUSTON
Through support from NASA and the State of Texas, I have funding for student researchers to continue launching ozonesondes in Houston, Texas and to analyze data from past years.
SATELLITE DATA VALIDATION research
Through support from NASA, I have funding for student researchers to validate data from the NASA Aura satellite. In particular, we would like to use our balloon data from Valparaiso, Houston, and Panama in comparisons with Aura MLS and TES.
At present, I am particularly interested in freshmen and sophomore students to replace the seniors who will graudate in May 2008. If you are interested in either of these projects, contact Gary Morris.
